Delivery time

All orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days after order has been placed. Any delays will be the responsibility of Elsker Elsker to contact and inform the customer. All orders do not have a guarantee delivery time after the item has been shipped by Elsker Elsker. Elsker Elsker is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post.

How much will shipping cost?

Please view your cost of shipping at the check out as this is determined by your total order.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Elsker Elsker is not currently accepting international orders. If you are located outside of Australia and are interested in our products, we would love to hear from you. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch: hello@elskerelsker.com

Is your packaging discreet?

Yes! Your order will be shipped in a discreet and unbranded eco friendly mailer bag.

Order tracking

All orders will have tracking information provided with every order, however any buyer of Elsker Elsker withholds all buyer responsibilities after the order has left our warehouse. For any packages that are deemed lost, stolen or damaged during delivery, the buyer will need to contact Australia Post directly to create a claim or raise a dispute and not Elsker Elsker. In a case of any order that has proof of shipping via the tracking number, but the buyer is unable to locate their order Elsker Elsker is not responsible and will not offer a credit or refund. Elsker Elsker cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries.

Returns

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

Pleasure wands and pleasure plugs: We are not accepting refunds on any pleasure wands or plugs due to the nature of the product.

Eye masks and sensual body oils: We do accept exchanges for unused/unopened silk eye masks and sensual body oils. If you have changed your mind we will be happy to accept a return for a credit voucher by contacting hello@elskerelsker.com within 14 business days of receiving your order. If you wish to return for a credit voucher, the shipping costs to return the item will need to be paid on your behalf. We recommend keeping the packaging and protective materials to send the item back. 

Gift cards: non refundable.

Can I return a sale item?

No. All sale items are final.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact hello@elskerelsker.com within 14 business days of receiving the order and we will work on arranging a refund or replacement.
